Bernie Rosenthal is Chief Executive Officer of Reaction Design. Previously, the Co-Founder and Senior Vice President in charge of worldwide business operations at Tensilica. Prior to Tensilica, he held various executive and management positions at Synopsys, AMCC and TRW.
Chief Financial Officer
John Reese is Chief Financial Officer. He joined Reaction Design from San Diego Research Center (SDRC), where he was the Chief Financial Officer who led the successful acquisition and transition of SDRC to a wholly owned subsidiary of ArgonST. Prior to SDRC, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Syntricity, Inc. and previously held a variety of financial leadership positions at Conexant, Timeline Vista and Brooktree.
Ellen Meeks, Ph.D.
Vice President, Product Development
Ellen Meeks is Vice President, Product Development. She has led product development and engineering services for more than 15 years at Reaction Design, including oversight of all major software releases, industry consortia, and several government-funded research projects. Previously, she was a researcher at Sandia National Laboratories in the areas of combustion, materials, and plasma processing; she was one of the principal developers of the CHEMKIN Software.
Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Geoff Rogers is Vice President of Worldwide Sales. He has more than 30 years experience in engineering, marketing and sales. He has also held senior management positions at Tensilica, Synopsys, VLSI Technology/Philips and AMCC.
Supporting the management team, the Reaction Design board of directors boasts respected leaders with experience in several key industries served by the company's products.
Chairman of the Board of Directors
Albert Hugo-Martinez provides invaluable management and international business-building experience with more than 30 years experience in the industry. He is the former CEO of AMCC and GGTI Corporation, with over 8000 employees in China, 3000 in the Philipines and 2000 in San Diego, California. He also served as COO of Burr Brown, and opened plants in Scotland and Japan. He left Burr Brown and became Vice President and General Manager at TRW, and was early on the Division Director for Linear products at Motorola Semiconductor. Albert currently serves on the Board of Directors of Microchip Technology, UCSD Cancer Center, and Chairman of Reaction Design. He has recently become Chairman of a startup consultant company "Be-Influential."
Ralph Cunningham, Ph.D.
Member of the Board
Ralph Cunningham provides invaluable petroleum and chemical industry experience, having served as CEO of CITGO, as President of Tenneco Oil Processing and Marketing, as President of Texaco Chemical and as Vice Chairman of Huntsman Chemical. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Enterprise Products Holdings LLC, a Houston-based Energy company. Ralph serves on the Boards of several publicly-traded domestic and international corporations.
David Klipstein, Ph.D.
Founder and Member of the Board
David Klipstein has more than 35 years of chemical industry experience in planning, technology development and commercialization. Most recently as Sr. VP for Technology and Marketing for Biosym Technologies, Dr. Klipstein brought in initial venture capital, used industry consortia to establish the company as the world leader in molecular modeling and helped sell the company to Corning for $100 Million. Recently he chaired the Vision 2020 Study of New Directions in Reaction Engineering for the American Institute of Chemical Engineers and the U.S. Department of Energy.
Rolf Reitz, Ph.D.
Member of the Board
Rolf Reitz is a Distinguished Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and current director of the internationally recognized Engine Research Center and their Direct-injection Engine Research Consortium. Previously, he was a staff researcher at General Motors. Dr. Reitz provides insight into the latest research and trends in automotive engine design.

Jeff Teza provides guidance in operating an enterprise software business, having served as Chairman and CEO of Syntricity, a venture-backed semiconductor yield management software company. He was a co-founder and Vice President of Brooktree Corporation.
